1) Local Mail
For Local Orders, we can send the items to you via Singapore Post at a Minimal Charge for postage & handling. Orders will be mailed out AFTER payment is received.

Up to 250g - S$1.00
Up to 500g - $1.50
Up to 1kg - $2.50
Up to 2kg - $4.00

For packages that request to be sent via REGISTERED MAIL, kindly top up $2.20.
little jet plane will not be responsible for lost packages sent via non-REGISTERED MAIL.

For nett purchases above S$100 (nett), your items will be sent through Registered Mail with no extra charge.

2) Door to Door Delivery (Within Singapore)
There will be a surcharge for S$5 if you require us to arrange for door-to-door delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to post office box.

3) International Shipping
We ship all international orders via SpeedPost Worldwide service. All duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. If the receiptant refuses the items due to any reason, you will still be charged for our shipping, the customs charges and return shipping charges.

Shipping charges will not be calculated at checkout. We'll inform you of the exact charges via email. If you have any further queries on international shipping, feel free to contact us at



1) Returning your Item:
All goods sold are final and are NOT RETURNABLE and NOT REFUNDABLE except of items due to manufacturing defects. Please inform us within 7 days of purchase. Customer is liable for the shipping cost for returns. Refund will be made via direct credit to buyers designated bank account upon verification of defect.

2) Exchanging Your Item:
Please email to to arrange for an exchange within 7 days of purchase. All exchanges must be in original packaging, with all tags in place. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order via local mail or door-to-door delivery. You will receive an e-mail informing when your new order has been shipped.
